Refund & Return Policy
Road 2 Riches Truck Drive Win merchandise is made to order. Because each physical item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes after the order has been produced
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at road2riches1022@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
After the issue is reviewed and approved, an eligible replacement or refund will be provided. Damaged or defective products generally do not need to be returned.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or changed before they enter production. Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible. Printify
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address may not qualify for a full refund or free replacement.
Digital Products
Digital products, including Wheel Power: A Guide To Starting Your Own Trucking Company, are final sale once access or delivery has been provided. Refunds are not offered for digital products except in cases of duplicate charges or a verified delivery/access error caused by Road 2 Riches.
